Vehicle Loops
Our Induction loops are installed in to asphalt and concrete or under blocks. We have been installing loops since 1994.
These are used for accept or deny on access control systems, safety circuits and counting vehicles.
Photos below are how we mark-out, cut-in and install loop circuits.
1. We mark-out with chuck using a 5M straight edge and large square.
2. Then cut-in with our Hilti floor saw and dump-vac. We clean out with compressed air any stones that have fallen in.
3. We then install a rubberised tri-rated wire into the cut and wired back the control point. Then we seal with bitumen sealant. This loop was installed for free exit on a sliding gate for carpark exit.
